How to download EVERYTHING faster

I hate waiting for my downloads to complete and i'm sure you do too so here are some things you can do to speed up the downloading process:

1. Use a download manager e.g. Free Download Manager (www.freedownloadmanager.org) or JDownloader (http://jdownloader.org)
2. Connect your computer directly to your router using an Ethernet cable instead of using Wi-Fi
3. Turn off all internet-connected devices such as tablets, smartphones and others computers
4. Choose a fast site.  You might be able to find the file you need on another website which allows faster downloads
5. Consider downloading your large files late at night or early in the morning
